MIx n Match

Kesar Rasmalai with flavor of fruits and Dry fruits

Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk - 250 gms
  • Lemon - 1
  • Amul MithaImate- 1/2 cup
  • Kesar - 4- 5 petals
  • Tooti fruity - 1/4 cups
  • Black Grapes - 10
  • Strawberries- 4- 5
  • Cherries - 8-10
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Boil the milk and keep it on low flame
    2. Squeeze the lemon in it and when the milk starts to splitting keep stirring for 1 or 2 minute.
    3. Off the flame and wash and strain the split milk in a cotton cloth and let it be starined for 5 minutes so that it becomes dry. Wash properly so that sour flavor of lemon goes out.
    4. Keep scrubbing the split milk gently so that it becomes oily.
    5. Now make small balls of it and in the mean time in a cooker add 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and let it boil.
    6. Add balls to boiling sugary water and let it whistle for two times.
    7. In a pan, add milk and mithai mate in it.
    8. When it is boiled, low the flame and add sugar and kesar in it.
    9. When the cooker whistles for two times, off the flame.
    10. Off the flame and take out the milk in a bowl and let it be cool
    11. Open the cooker lid and take out the balls, it should become ideally double of its size and spongy too.
    12. Add the balls in the milk and freeze them for 15 minutes.
    13. In a bowl, add ras malai and chopped fruits like black grapes, strawberries and cherries.
    14. Decorate with fry fruits and tooty frooty.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Healthy drink with a twist

Recipe Ingredients

  • Banana -2
  • Strawberry- 7-8
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Black Grapes - 5-6
  • Almonds- 2
  • Raisins - 4-5




Recipe Preparation

  1. In a blender, add 5 strawberries, 2 chopped bananas, 1 tbsp sugar and Half of the milk and blend it well.
  2. Add more milk and blend it.
  3. Now pour smoothie in glasses and add finely chopped 4 black grapes and strawberries in it.
  4. On the top add chopped almonds and raisins and decorate with strawberry and black grapes.
  5. Enjoy the smoothie with healthy nutrition.

Dessert in Golden Castle


Sweet Yellow Cardamom flavored Rice in Sugar Castle.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Basmati rice - 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Raisins - 10 -12
  • Dry Coconut - 1 inch
  • Yellow food color- 1 pinch
  • For Sugar Castle- 1 cup Sugar
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Cook the Rice in an open pan adding Cardamom powder, sugar and yellow color.
    2. Add double the water quantity of Rice.
    3. When cooked, keep it aside by covering with cotton cloth so that they get more steamed and add raisins over it.
    4. Now in a pan, add 2 cups of water and one cup of sugar.
    5. Let it boil untill it turns light golden and becomes consistent, now turn lower the flame and let it boil for one min more.
    6. keep in mind that if it falls on skin, the skin will burn very badly so please take care while making this.
    7. in the mean time, Take a steel service spoon and oil it and now off the gas flame
    8. By another service spoon take the sugar syrup and make a criss cross on service spoon backside.
    9. It gets cool down with in a minute and pull apart from the service spoon.
    10. Serve the rice in a dish plate by covering it with golden castle.

SPICY CORN CAPSICUM MASALA



Sweetcorn with spicy veggies combination


Recipe Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn -250 gms
  • Capsicum - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chillies- 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp (optional)
  • Oil- 2 tbsp
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Boil sweet corns in pan and strain it and keep aside.
    2. Chop all the vegetables in long but thin layers
    3. Take a pan and pour oil in it
    4. After heating, add onions and capsicums in it and let it stirring till onions turn to light golden color
    5. Now add tomatoes and green chillies in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes
    6. Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it and keep stirring
    7. Now add sweet corns in it and let it be cooked for 5 minutes more

Potato Mushroom Coleslaw

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mushrooms - 6
  • Boiled Potatoes- 2
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Babycorn - 2
  • Onions- 1
  • Lemon - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Wash all the vegetables with hot water.
    2. Chop the vegetables in square shapes.
    3. Preheat the air fryer at 150 degree temperature for 2 minutes
    4. Put all the vegetables in the air fryer and fry them for 5- 7 minutes.
    5. Now increase the temperature to 200 degrees and fry them for 2 more minutes.
    6. Add salt and black pepper and sprinkle the lemon water on top and serve.

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Chocolate Icecream - 2 scoops
  • Almonds- 15 chopped
  • Cheery - 2
  • Granulated sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • Dairy milk silk - 1/2
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. In a blender, blend milk with ice cream, 10 chopped almonds, granulated sugar and 1/4th grated chocolate and keep aside in refrigerator.
    2. In a heavy based glass, pour the milk shake
    3. Garnish it with grated chocolate, grated almonds and half Cherry.
