Vish's Special no oil Salad
Recipe Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 6
- Boiled Potatoes- 2
- Capsicum - 1
- Babycorn - 2
- Onions- 1
- Lemon - 1
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Recipe Preparation
- Wash all the vegetables with hot water.
- Chop the vegetables in square shapes.
- Preheat the air fryer at 150 degree temperature for 2 minutes
- Put all the vegetables in the air fryer and fry them for 5- 7 minutes.
- Now increase the temperature to 200 degrees and fry them for 2 more minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper and sprinkle the lemon water on top and serve.
