No Bake Biscuit Pudding

A healthy and wealthy biscuit pudding recipe with chocolate. Flavor of chocolate, almonds and layer of biscuit makes your sweet tooth sweeter. No bake recipe can beat any other sweet dish recipe.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Marie biscuit packet - 1
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Almonds - 10 pieces
  • Chocolate - 1 big dairy milk
  • Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup for decoration
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Boil the milk in pan and add sugar in it. Add chocolate and let it boil for 2 minutes.
    2. Take a glass bowl (of round shape) and place one layer of marie biscuits.
    3. Pour 2-3 tbsp of chocolate milk on it and similarly place 4 to 5 layers with the same procedure.
    4. Place a layer of nuts on it and pour the rest of the chocolate milk on the layers.
    5. Place this bowl in the freezer for 2 - 2 and 1/2 hours. After this time, take it out from the freezer and cut it into pastries shape.
    6. Decorate it with the chocolate syrup and serve.



Bread in Blanket

Besan Chilla is always a healthy dish and so is multi grain bread. Combination of the two makes a breakfast which is super healthy and a bliss for fitness freak people. Cooked in a canola oil is a golden gift for all. So multigrain bread wrapped in besan chilla and stuffed with fresh paneer and onions. Have a look and taste, you will feel your tummy is full and also light. As the name suggests It is the Bread slice is wrapped in chilla which gives a delicious flavor.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Besan -2 cups
  • Multi grain Bread - 4 slices
  • Onions- 2
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Green Capsicum - 1/2
  • Red Capsicum - 1/2
  • Paneer- 100 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tbsp
  • Canola Oil- 4 tbsp
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Chop one onion, capsicum (red and green both) and green chillies and keep aside.
    2. Take 2 cups of besan and add salt and chilli powder to it. Now add water to it so that is becomes a smooth batter but is not too thick.
    3. Add the chopped vegetables to it and keep aside. Now grate the paneer and onions and mix it well.
    4. Take a dosa pan or tawa and let it be heated on a low flame. Now take 1/2 tbsp oil and spread it on the pan.
    5. Now with the help of a spoon pour the 5 tbsp batter on the pan and spread it with the help of the spoon equally.
    6. Then let it heat and then prinkle the paneer and onion mixture in it and place a bread slice on it.
    7. Fold the left ends on the bread and wrap it all around. Then change the sides of the chilla.
    8. Bake it with 1/2 tbsp oil more and when it is baked on both sides take it out in a plate and cut diagonally.
    9. Bake all the other chillas with the same procedure.
    10. Serve it with hot and sweet tomato ketchup.



VEGETARIAN EGG CURRY

A twist in Egg curry, Whola ... Its for vegetarians, Egg Curry and that too Veg. Have a look this is egg made of potato and paneer............ just came out so well



Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes - 4 boiled
  • paneer - 100 gms
  • Edible Yellow Color- pinch
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomatoes - 3
  • Garlic - 4 pieces
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Green Chilli- 2
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp
  • corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Semolina - 1/2 cup
  • oil to fry
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn flour and salt in it.
    2. Now grate paneer finely and add pinch of yellow color in it.
    3. Now take a ball of potato and press with hand like roti and add half tbsp of yellow paneer in it
    4. Roll it like an egg and then roll over semolina and keep aside
    5. make all the eggs like this and keep aside
    6. Now take a heavy bottom pan and deep fry it.
    7. Take out when they turned golden fry.
    8. Fry all the eggs with same procedure.
    9. Now grind onions, tomatoes, chilies, ginger and garlic and grind them finely.
    10. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil and let it be heated and then add gravy in it
    11. Stir well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner.
    12. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it and mix well.
    13. Now add 1 cup water and cover it with lid and keep it on low flame for 5 minutes.
    14. Now cut the egg vertically half from centre as shown in photograph
    15. Take out the gravy in a bowl and place then half cut eggs on it.
    16. Your Veg Egg Curry is ready to eat !

Vegetable Poha

Healthy and less calorie breakfast for fitness freak people


Recipe Ingredients

  • Poha 3 bowls
  • Onions 2
  • Potato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Peas 1/4 bowl
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Green chilli 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chilli powder (optional)
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • Namkeen diet


  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Pour the poha in a pan and let it be there under running water for 2 mins
    2. Drain it and keep aside
    3. Chop all the vegetables
    4. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil in it and let it be heated for 1 minute
    5. Add curry leaves and then chopped potato in it nd stir fry it
    6. Add all the vegetables in it
    7. Stir fry it for 2 minutes
    8. Add salt, turmeric and chilli in it.
    9. Now add drained poha in it and mix it well on low flame
    10. Off the flame and add lemon juice in it
    11. Pour the namkeen on it and serve


Corn Salad

Healthy and nutritious salad for mid time hunger.... Healthy combination of salads mixed with corn and beetroot


Recipe Ingredients

  • Corn 1 bowl
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Beetroot 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt acc to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
  • Red chilli flakes (optional)
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Chop all the salad ingredients
    2. In the mean time, take a pan and pour some water a d let it boil for 5 minutes
    3. Add corns to it and let it boil for 2 minutes
    4. Off the flame and drain it
    5. Mix the salad with corns
    6. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes in it
    7. At last add lemon juice in it.

Tutty Fruity Muffins


Vanilla flavored muffins with Tutty fruity chunks


Recipe Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • tutti-frutti 1/2 cup
  • Honey/ Sugar(Grinded) as per choice (1/2 cup)
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • baking powder -1/2 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tbsp
  • oil/malai 1 1/2 tbsp
  • milk 1/2 cup

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Mix all purpose flour, baking flour, baking soda, honey/sugar, oil/malai and milk. Make a batter by mixing ensuring no lumps form.
    2. Pre heat the air fryer for 3 minutes. Add tutty fruities to the batter.
    3. Grease the muffin cups with a bit of oil. Put the batter in the muffin cups filling half of it.
    4. Air fry them for 5 minutes on 160°C.
    5. Now cover the muffin cups with foil paper and air fry it for 4-5 minutes. Your delicious muffins are ready.
    6. You can add chocolate chips also.

Coconut Laddoo

Coconut and milk is a heavenly combination. These laddoos melt in mouth and are perfect for Navratras. One of my favourite delicacies. You can store them in a jar and gift to your loved ones.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Milkmaid - 200 ml
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Grated Coconut 250 gms
  • Almonds - 10-12


  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Pour milk into a pan and heat on low flame.
    2. Add milkmaid in it and stir well so that no lumps are formed.
    3. Add cardamom powder to it.
    4. Now add grated coconut to it but keep aside 50 gms of it for rolling.
    5. Keep stirring until it forms a thick consistency and no lumps in it.
    6. Keep aside for half an hour, if still very soft to roll then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    7. Now roll into balls and cover with leftover grated coconut.
    8. Press half cut almond on it and keep it in fridge. 


MANGO MASTANI (Red Rose in a Yellow Dessert)

Red flower in a Yellow Dessert is like a sweet mango custard with touch of cherries and coconut. A tendering taste that gives you a chilled and smooth feeling in summers. Mango is deliciously a king of all fruits.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Mango - 2 (Safeda available now a days)
  • Amul Mithai mate - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cherries - 5-6
  • Ice crushed - 1 bowl
  • Coconut Crushed- 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 4-5
  • Raisins - 5 6
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Chop the mangoes, keep 4-5 pieces aside and rest put in grinder.
    2. Add 1/4 cup milk and grind it well.
    3. Now add amul mithai mate and ore milk in it and blend well.
    4. Grind so well that no lumps formed and then add crushed ice and grind again.
    5. In a glass, add chopped mangoes , then pour mango custard and then add cherries and coconut powder.                                                                                                                                
    6. Garnish with chopped almonds, raisins , coconut powder and cheery.
