Choco Kiwi Rolls

Wanted to have something chocolaty and that too with no hard work. So made choco kiwi rolls with goodness of brown bread and olive oil. Addition of tutty fruity did wonderful taste. Kids love these types of experiments and yes it was a perfect snack for evening.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Brown Bread Slices 6
  • Milk 1/2 bowl
  • Kiwi 1
  • Chocolate fudge (cremica)
  • Tutty fruity red color 1/4 cup
  • Cherries 4
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Bread crumbs 1 bowl

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Cut the kiwi and keep aside
    2. Cut the bread sides and then roll it with belan or roller
    3. Now spread choco fudge on it
    4. Add kiwi slices on it
    5. Sprinkle tutty fruity on it
    6. Roll it like roll stick ot with tooth pick
    7. Roll all the bread slices like this
    8. Now dip one roll in milk and immediately roll it on bread crumbs
    9. Similarly roll other rolls
    10. Now add oil in a pan and deep fry all the rolls in it one by one
    11. Fry it till turn golden brown
    12. Plate it with jelly and fresh kiwi and cherries.




Mini Pineapple flavored Muffins

If you are talking about snacks for that little hunger and you have a craving of sweet things... Then go for muffins. You can never be wrong with muffins. Pineapple flavored muffins with addition of tutty fruity and dry fruits. Made these in air fryer.


Recipe Ingredients

  • All. Purpose flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Malai 1/2 cup
  • Coke (optional) 1/4 cup
  • Pineapple essence 1 tbsp
  • Tutty fruity 1/4 cup
  • Almonds 5-6
  • Raisins 8-10
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder baking soda well
    2. Now add one cup malai in it and mix it
    3. Now add 1 tbsp oil and pineapple essence in it
    4. Now add slowly coke in it and blend it really well for 5 minutes continuously
    5. Now add tutty fruity and chopped dry fruits in it
    6. Now pre heat the air fryer for 30 secs
    7. Now pour the mixture in muffin moulds
    8. Air fry them for 7-8 minutes at 120 degree temperature
    9. Now increase the temperature to 150 degree and air fry it for 2-3 minutes
    10. Take out the muffins and serve them with tea or coffee



Red Sauce Macroni

People usually make red sauce pasta but tried red sauce pasta. Its more than delicious with vegetables flavor with perfect use of cremica dressings ans sauces...

Recipe Ingredients

  • Bambino Macroni 2 cups
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Gren chilli 1
  • Peanuts (optional) 1/4 cup
  • Cremica tomato ketchup
  • Cremica thousand island dressing
  • Cremica pizza and pasta sauce
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Canola oil 2 tbsp
  • Oregano flakes

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Take a large pan and add watwr and let the macroni boil
    2. Chop the capsicums, onions, chilli and tomatoes and keep aside
    3. Now add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and let it be heated
    4. Add chopped onions and capsicums in it
    5. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame
    6. Now add green chilli and tomatoes in it and saute for 2 minutes more
    7. Add salt and chilli flakes in it.
    8. Low the flame and cover it with lid for 2 minutes
    9. Now strain the boiled macroni and keep aside
    10. Now off the flame of vegetables masala and add tomato ketchup in it. I added 2 tbsp
    11. Now add peanuts in it
    12. Add 1 tbsp pasta and pizza sauce and 2 tbsp of thousand island dressing in it
    13. Add boiled macroni in it and mix well
    14. Serve it with sprinkling oregano flakes on it


Potato Nuggets in Potato Basket on Potato Grass

Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes 5 boiled
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt according to taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • dry mango powder
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Sweet candies for garnishing
  • Oil for frying the basket only
  • Mix veggies 1 bowl for filling in the nuggets
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Boil 4 potatoes and let them be at room temperature.
    2. Now mash the potatoes.
    3. Add salt, chilli powder, dry mango powder and corn flour in it.
    4. Mix them well and make a dough.
    5. Now take a small steel bowl and grease it with oil on outside.
    6. Make a flat small roti types by hand and then place it outside the bowl. Make holes on the layer by using folk.
    7. Take a deep pan and pour oil to fry the basket.
    8. Put the bowl in the oil to fry and and slowly the bowl gets separated from potato layer.
    9. Now for potato nuggets fill the veggies of your choice in it and roll it.
    10. Air fry it on 180 deg temperature.
    11. Now take one potato raw and then chop it in thin layers and air fry them also on 200 deg temperature.
    12. Now place the potato layers fried in a plate
    13. Place the fried basket on it.
    14. Place the nuggets in the basket.
    15. Now garnish it with sweet candies, coriander leaves, ketchup and mayonnaise.



Bread Butter Popsicles

A new verison of Bread Butter and a combination of butter and chocolate syrup. Yummy and healthy recipe !!


Recipe Ingredients

  • Bread Loaf - 1
  • Butter 100 gms
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Choco syrup
  • Mango jelly

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Cut the bread loaf into square pieces
    2. Now melt the butter and add sugar in it.
    3. Now polish the bread squares with butter mixtures
    4. Now place the flat pan on gas stove and let it be heated
    5. Now toast the bread squares on low flame pan
    6. Toast it from all sides
    7. When it turn to light golden color then take out of pan
    8. Now insert the sticks in the squares
    9. Now make two cones like mehndi cone (you can use the readymade cone for icing)
    10. Fill one with choco syrup and second one with mango jelly
    11. Decorate the popsicles with both of them
    12. Plate them and your perfect combination of crisp and soft butter popsicles



Mango Fusion

Again my experiment with mixing two three dishes and make a new version. Mango custard with mango falooda with lots of fruits and jelly. Kids surely gonna enjoy that and Mango lovers can't miss that.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Custard Powder - 3 tbsp
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Mango - 2
  • Mango Jelly (Chef's delight Alphonso mango jelly) - 2 tbsp
  • Kiwi - 1
  • Apricot - 1
  • Raisins 1/4 Cup
  • Mix fruit jelly - 1 tbsp
  • Falooda Mix - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp (according to requirement)

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. In a pan, pour 500 ml milk and let it boil on low flame
    2. Make puree of one mango and chop all the fruits and keep aside
    3. Add sugar in it and keep stirring.
    4. Now off the flame add 3 tbsp falooda mix and mix well.
    5. Now in a bowl add 3tbsp custard powder and add 3 tbsp water and make a paste
    6. Now add this paste to milk.
    7. Let it boil again on low flame.
    8. When milk gets condensed then off the flame and let the mixture come on room temperature
    9. Now add mango puree in it and mix well.
    10. Shift the mixture into a pan and keep it in freezer for half an hour
    11. Now add fruits in it and garnish it with chopped mangoes and raisins
    12. Add mango and mix fruit jelly over it.




Serve CHILLED !!

Oats Croquettes in Mango Yogurt

Oats are always a healthy option for any meal but sometimes Its simple taste makes us fed up of having it regularly. One of the variety of having oats as meal is making it with other veggies and shape like croquettes ans it is served with chilled mango yogurt. The result is super yummy Dish !!


Recipe Ingredients

  • Oats 2 bowls
  • Potatoes - 2 boiled
  • Onion- 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Paneer - 50 gm
  • Peas - 1/4 bowl
  • Yogurt - 1 bowl
  • Mango Preserve - 4 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 bowl

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Take 1 bowl of oats and leave the other 1 for roll up.
    2. Mash the potatoes and chop all the veggies in it and mix well.
    3. Now add 1 bowl oats in it.
    4. Add salt, chilli powder and dry mango powder in it.
    5. Now take a heavy bottom non stick pan and grease it with 1 or 2 tbsp oil.
    6. Now make a flat tikki of the mixture and dip in the milk and then roll up in the oats.
    7. Similarly make all the croquettes.
    8. Now bake it on non stick pan from both sides till it turns golden brown.
    9. Now add the mango preserve in a yogurt and beat it well.
    10. In a plate, pour mango yogurt and then place croquettes on it and then dress it with oats, tomato ketchup, coriander leaves.


American Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Egg Free)

An upside-down cake is a cake that is baked in a pan, then turned over and served upside-down. It is first invented by a house wife in America. Usually chopped fruits-such as apples, pineapples or cherries—and a butter and sugar topping are placed on the bottom of the pan before the batter is poured in, so that they form a decorative topping once the cake is inverted. American pineapple upside-down is one of the Traditional upside-down preparations.


Recipe Ingredients

  • All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple Slices - 4
  • Cherry - 7-8
  • Tutty Fruity
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Plain Soda 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda 1/ 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple Essence (Optional 1 tbsp)

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Add All purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil , essence and curd and mix well
    2. Mix it with blender for 10 minutes
    3. Add chopped pineapple slices and cherries in it and mix .
    4. Now grease the aluminium bowl
    5. Sprinkle the sugar on the base
    6. Set a lyer of pineapple slices on the base and cheery in the centre and tutty fruity in the spaces
    7. Now pour the batter in the bowl
    8. Take an broad face cooker and make a base of salt on it
    9. Now place the bowl on it and keep it on low flame
    10. Cover it with lid and please do not forget to remove the vissel of it.
    11. Let it be baked for 25- 30 minutes
    12. Now check with tester, if it comes out clean then off the flame , if still stuck then bake it for 10 minutes more
    13. Now off the flame and let it be there for 5 -10 minutes without opening the lid
    14. Now take out the cake and let it be on room temperature.
    15. Serve it upside down.


Pineapple Pranahara ( Heart Stealer) (Bangladesh's Dessert)

In Bangladesh, specific area Dhaka, Indian West Bengal's Famous sweet Sandesh is named as pranahara that means Heart Stealer. Fusion of pranahara with pineapple gives it a unbelievable taste.


Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Lemon 2
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Rose Essence 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 4-5 sticks
  • Amul. Mithaimade 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple slices Canned - 8
  • Almonds 10
  • RAISINS
  • Saunf mixture ( mouth freshener)

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Heat the milk and curdle it with lemon syrup
    2. Now when the paneer is ready then strain it in a cotton cloth
    3. Add sugar in it and mix well
    4. Add rose essence in it
    5. Rinse well like dough for 10 minutes
    6. Now keep it in refrigerator for one hour
    7. Cut half the pineapple slices
    8. Add mithaimade in it and mix well
    9. Place a layer of mixture on it
    10. Then place almonds and raisins on it
    11. Sprinkle mouth freshener saunf on it


Serve Chilled
