Kesar Rasmalai with flavor of fruits and Dry fruits |
Recipe Ingredients
- Milk - 250 gms
- Lemon - 1
- Amul MithaImate- 1/2 cup
- Kesar - 4- 5 petals
- Tooti fruity - 1/4 cups
- Black Grapes - 10
- Strawberries- 4- 5
- Cherries - 8-10
- sugar 1 cup
Recipe Preparation
- Boil the milk and keep it on low flame
- Squeeze the lemon in it and when the milk starts to splitting keep stirring for 1 or 2 minute.
- Off the flame and wash and strain the split milk in a cotton cloth and let it be starined for 5 minutes so that it becomes dry. Wash properly so that sour flavor of lemon goes out.
- Keep scrubbing the split milk gently so that it becomes oily.
- Now make small balls of it and in the mean time in a cooker add 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar and let it boil.
- Add balls to boiling sugary water and let it whistle for two times.
- In a pan, add milk and mithai mate in it.
- When it is boiled, low the flame and add sugar and kesar in it.
- When the cooker whistles for two times, off the flame.
- Off the flame and take out the milk in a bowl and let it be cool
- Open the cooker lid and take out the balls, it should become ideally double of its size and spongy too.
- Add the balls in the milk and freeze them for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, add ras malai and chopped fruits like black grapes, strawberries and cherries.
- Decorate with fry fruits and tooty frooty.
