Diet Namkeen

Snack full of taste for Fitness conscious People


Recipe Ingredients

  • Chiwda/Poha- 150 gms
  • Corn Flakes- 100 gms
  • Peanuts - 1 cup
  • Cashews- 1/2 cup
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup
  • Almonds- 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts- 1/4 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Gather all the ingredients one by one.
    2. Take a large pan and put one tbsp oil in that and let it heat for 2 minutes.
    3. Add salt and turmeric powder to it and now add poha to it and saute for 2 more minutes.
    4. Now add corn flakes and keep sauteing.
    5. Add all the dry fruits and peanuts to it and let it roast for 1 minute.
    6. Switch off the gas and let it cool at room temperature.
    7. Your Diet Namkeen is ready.
