Recipe Ingredients
- Chiwda/Poha- 150 gms
- Corn Flakes- 100 gms
- Peanuts - 1 cup
- Cashews- 1/2 cup
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Almonds- 1/2 cup
- Walnuts- 1/4 cups
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Recipe Preparation
- Gather all the ingredients one by one.
- Take a large pan and put one tbsp oil in that and let it heat for 2 minutes.
- Add salt and turmeric powder to it and now add poha to it and saute for 2 more minutes.
- Now add corn flakes and keep sauteing.
- Add all the dry fruits and peanuts to it and let it roast for 1 minute.
- Switch off the gas and let it cool at room temperature.
- Your Diet Namkeen is ready.
