Taste of Pizza in a Parantha
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 cups - whole wheat flour
- 1 cup - sweet corn frozen
- 1 - capsicum
- 2-3 tbsp - salsa sauce
- 2-3 tbsp - tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp - butter
- 2 - cheese slices
- 5-6 - jalapenos
- 1-2 tsp - oreganos
- 1-2 tsp - chili flakes
Recipe Preparation
- Chop the capsicum, jalapenos and put the frozen sweet corns in boiled water. Mix the capsicum, jalapenos, sweet corns, oregano and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Make a dough with whole wheat flour, same as for chapati. Make 2 same sized chapatis.
- Take one chapati, lay it down and now put some salsa sauce on it and spread it on the whole chapati. Do the same with tomato ketchup on it.
- Now put the mixture on it and add half of the cheese slice in small pieces on it as shown in the pic.
- Put the second chapati on it and lock it with a fork. Now, toast the parantha on a Tawa with a little butter on both sides.
- When toasted from both sides, cut it in 4 pieces and serve hot.
