Pizza Parantha

Taste of Pizza in a Parantha


Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups - whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup - sweet corn frozen
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 2-3 tbsp - salsa sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 2 - cheese slices
  • 5-6 - jalapenos
  • 1-2 tsp - oreganos
  • 1-2 tsp - chili flakes

  • Recipe Preparation

    1. Chop the capsicum, jalapenos and put the frozen sweet corns in boiled water. Mix the capsicum, jalapenos, sweet corns, oregano and chili flakes in a bowl.
    2. Make a dough with whole wheat flour, same as for chapati. Make 2 same sized chapatis.
    3. Take one chapati, lay it down and now put some salsa sauce on it and spread it on the whole chapati. Do the same with tomato ketchup on it.
    4. Now put the mixture on it and add half of the cheese slice in small pieces on it as shown in the pic.
    5. Put the second chapati on it and lock it with a fork. Now, toast the parantha on a Tawa with a little butter on both sides.
    6. When toasted from both sides, cut it in 4 pieces and serve hot.
