Healthy and nutritious salad for mid time hunger.... Healthy combination of salads mixed with corn and beetroot
Recipe Ingredients
- Corn 1 bowl
- Capsicum 1
- Cucumber 1
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Beetroot 1
- Lemon 1
- Salt acc to taste
- Black pepper 1/4 tbsp
- Red chilli flakes (optional)
Recipe Preparation
- Chop all the salad ingredients
- In the mean time, take a pan and pour some water a d let it boil for 5 minutes
- Add corns to it and let it boil for 2 minutes
- Off the flame and drain it
- Mix the salad with corns
- Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes in it
- At last add lemon juice in it.

Serve with cold Coffee or ice tea
