Recipe Ingredients
- Poha 3 bowls
- Onions 2
- Potato 1
- Capsicum 1
- Peas 1/4 bowl
- Curry leaves 4
- Green chilli 1
- Lemon 1
- Salt acc to taste
- Turmeric Powder
- Red chilli powder (optional)
- oil 2 tbsp
- Namkeen diet

Recipe Preparation
- Pour the poha in a pan and let it be there under running water for 2 mins
- Drain it and keep aside
- Chop all the vegetables
- Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil in it and let it be heated for 1 minute
- Add curry leaves and then chopped potato in it nd stir fry it
- Add all the vegetables in it
- Stir fry it for 2 minutes
- Add salt, turmeric and chilli in it.
- Now add drained poha in it and mix it well on low flame
- Off the flame and add lemon juice in it
- Pour the namkeen on it and serve
