Recipe Ingredients
- Potatoes 5 boiled
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Salt according to taste
- Red chilli powder
- dry mango powder
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Sweet candies for garnishing
- Oil for frying the basket only
- Mix veggies 1 bowl for filling in the nuggets
Recipe Preparation
- Boil 4 potatoes and let them be at room temperature.
- Now mash the potatoes.
- Add salt, chilli powder, dry mango powder and corn flour in it.
- Mix them well and make a dough.
- Now take a small steel bowl and grease it with oil on outside.
- Make a flat small roti types by hand and then place it outside the bowl. Make holes on the layer by using folk.
- Take a deep pan and pour oil to fry the basket.
- Put the bowl in the oil to fry and and slowly the bowl gets separated from potato layer.
- Now for potato nuggets fill the veggies of your choice in it and roll it.
- Air fry it on 180 deg temperature.
- Now take one potato raw and then chop it in thin layers and air fry them also on 200 deg temperature.
- Now place the potato layers fried in a plate
- Place the fried basket on it.
- Place the nuggets in the basket.
- Now garnish it with sweet candies, coriander leaves, ketchup and mayonnaise.
