Again my experiment with mixing two three dishes and make a new version. Mango custard with mango falooda with lots of fruits and jelly. Kids surely gonna enjoy that and Mango lovers can't miss that.
Recipe Ingredients
- Custard Powder - 3 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Mango - 2
- Mango Jelly (Chef's delight Alphonso mango jelly) - 2 tbsp
- Kiwi - 1
- Apricot - 1
- Raisins 1/4 Cup
- Mix fruit jelly - 1 tbsp
- Falooda Mix - 3 tbsp
- Sugar 4 tbsp (according to requirement)
- In a pan, pour 500 ml milk and let it boil on low flame
- Make puree of one mango and chop all the fruits and keep aside
- Add sugar in it and keep stirring.
- Now off the flame add 3 tbsp falooda mix and mix well.
- Now in a bowl add 3tbsp custard powder and add 3 tbsp water and make a paste
- Now add this paste to milk.
- Let it boil again on low flame.
- When milk gets condensed then off the flame and let the mixture come on room temperature
- Now add mango puree in it and mix well.
- Shift the mixture into a pan and keep it in freezer for half an hour
- Now add fruits in it and garnish it with chopped mangoes and raisins
- Add mango and mix fruit jelly over it.
